FACTS. - Ron Case was a subcontractor on a project for which Brooks was general contractor and Vesper the owner. Brooks sued Ron Case and others, and Case counterclaimed. This case was settled with a stipulated judgment in Cases favor, which was never paid. The shareholders of Brooks and Vesper changed so that there were no shareholders in common between them.
